Processing Time

Most in-stock items are dispatched within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order pieces carry their own lead times as stated on each product page.

Delivery Times

Domestic (EU): 5–10 business days. International: 10–21 business days. These are estimates and may vary by vendor.

White-Glove Delivery

Selected items include white-glove delivery, which includes two-person delivery, room placement, and packaging removal. This is stated clearly on eligible product listings.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and item specifications. Some vendors offer complimentary shipping on orders above a certain threshold.

Returns Eligibility

Items in their original, undamaged condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Made-to-order, bespoke, and custom items are non-returnable unless faulty.

How to Return

Contact our team via the Contact page with your order number, reason for return, and photographs where applicable. We will coordinate the return process with the vendor.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of the vendor receiving the item.

Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
